In addition to Miles and Masur, the Cross Coastal Advisors team also includes Justin Hayward, who specializes in working with Millennials, some second-generation clients, and rising young professionals and business owners.

Miles specializes in risk management strategies for wealthy clients and in private equity, venture capital and hedge funds, as well as planning around the stock for business owners in the private sector. 

After 20 years as a chief financial officer with firms such as Babson Capital and Deutsche Asset Management, Masur established a practice as a "Personal CFO" working with wealthy individuals, business owners and their families.
